Bought...

the "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" book last night.  I couldn't stop reading it this morning...very interesting.

 Anyone else use this method? Pros?Cons? Suggestions?

  • Yes. I did. I found it very helpful.  I can't really think of any cons. Nor suggestions right now. It's been quite awhile since I've charted. ;)
  • I read it and still chart!! Its a great book!!  Good luck!

  • I read it and started charting immediatly after stopping BC. It's the reason we found out about my PCOS so soon. Otherwise we would have spent the last year trying, not knowing I wasn't ovulating. Can't think of any cons to knowing whats happening with your body. I like the fact that I know whats going on when I go into the doctor instead of relying on the doc to tell me whats going on.
