Vesper Catharina W, born Sept. 15, 2009 @ 7:20 PM. She weighed in at 8.5 lbs and is a very quiet baby compared to her sister. I had a 5 hour labour and everything came very fast and very painful once I got to about 5 cm. I went from 5-10 cm in 45 minutes and barely got an epidural in before it was time to push. Thank goodness for the pain medication though because the speed at which things progressed was AGONY. She came out in 3 pushes in about 4 minutes. She's perfect and I'm feeling great. Neve however is less than thrilled about sharing her parents but we're hoping she'll come 'round. I'll post pics as soon as we get them uploaded. Thanks for missing me!

Ooooh!!! Congrats, Kat on your newest addition. I bet she is gorgeous and I can't wait to see pictures.
As someone who had a four hour labour with no drugs, I hear ya on the pain of a fast labour. People say "oh, you're lucky" but when it goes quickly like that, the pain is intense and things go so fast that you almost lose control.
I hope you are healing well and we missed you!
