We hired a budding videographer so that we would have the footage of our wedding day. We basically paid her for her time, the tapes, and DVDs of all the raw footage (unedited). I will probably start editing it once I'm not so busy with school and make a more elaborate video. Anyway, to our surprise she made a short (3 minute) reel for her website. I just thought I'd share. Hit "Video" and we are the first one.
I have a question too...does the video kind of jump for you too, or is that just my laptop, or the streaming? I guess I have to actually watch the DVDs...

Who did your video? I can't remember....
I think this was our girl's second wedding, so she's not that experienced either. I just really wanted to have all the footage, so that we could go back and either pay someone to edit it (since it wasn't in our budget this year), or edit it ourselves if we wanted to.
And thank you - I'm glad the glam feel showed through a bit. I like the days where I feel a little bit glamorous!
Very nice! Congratulations! I love your venue too...
A-I didn't have a videographer either
?
nanner - erased??? OMG.
cruella - a colleague of mine did it. So at least we have *something* - but sometimes our heads aren't in the frame and her annoying squeals....

Slightly OT - Cruella, if you are looking for someone to edit your footage, I'm a video editor trying to get wedding editing experience
I'm employed in the corporate world as an editor, but I'm trying to show my worth to big wedding video places around here as a side gig. kyleesportfolio.com if you're interested.
