When we started TTC (trying to conceive), I went on The Bump and became active on the Getting Pregnant board. It was extremely helpful. The main things you should know are to buy the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility and start charting your cycles using FertilityFriend.com. The book will tell you everything you need to know - and, believe me, there is a lot to know! Also, if you decide to go onto the Getting Pregnant board, lurk for a couple of weeks before you start posting - it will be very helpful for you to get a feel for the board and the girls on it before you start to ask questions or join in on posts.
