Fall TV Reviews

What did you think of Thursday night's offerings?

Re: Fall TV Reviews

  • Survivor: Definitely more interesting than last year. My jaw dropped twice at the outrageous statements made my two people in particular.

The Office: I was not impressed the first time around, but am going to re-watch it.

Community: Underwhelmed. I love Joel McHale so I will give it another chance.

Bones: On the DVR for tomorrow night.

    That's all I've got...what else??

  • Office: Not going there because I am not a fan, but DH had it on cause he loves it.

Community: Eh, I really wasn't that impressed. I thought it would be more entertaining.

That is all I have, but ask again next week and I will probably be more talkative.

  • Only watched SNL's Weekend Update and The Office - loved both, obviously. I have Community on DVR though.

  • Parks and Recreation - Very promising second season, I loved the first.

The Office - Classic Office ep, plus it fulfills my fangirl Jim/Pam lust.

Community - Love it so far. The humor is subtle, which is sad because shows that don't have lowest common denominator appeal tend to die off.

Fringe - Last year I had a love/indifference relationship with Fringe, but then it went off and I realized I couldn't live without it. It fulfilled me and it is now my favorite drama on tv right now. Awesome.

  • I thought the office had a strong start and I'm glad it's back!

DVR'd Fringe to watch with David later this weekend but we're both really excited it's back, it's totally addicting and come on now who doesn't love to see "pacey" in all his sarcastic wit?  love!

I agree with pp, ask me next week and I'll have way more comments, most of my favs start then.  Hooray I love fall tv!

  • Parks and Recreation: So much more optimistic for this season!  The character of Leslie is growing into herself and not a pushover airhead.

    Office: Adorable, of course.

Bones: I'm sad to say I think they jumped the shark.  But I will keep watching.
