Does anyone have a good recipe for corn dip?

This is the one I use and it's always really good!
Corn Dip
2 cans Mexi-Corn, drained
2 fresh or canned jalapeno peppers, chopped fine (or more if you like it really hot)
4-5 green onions, chopped fine
1 large pkg. of fine-shred sharp cheddar cheese
Mayo
Salt & Tony's to taste
Mix everything together and use only enough mayo to hold the mixture. If too stiff, just add more mayo. Refrigerate overnight for best results. Serve with scoops chips.

No cream cheese? I always thought there was cream cheese in it. But that may be the flavor of the cheddar mixed with the mayo.
