Tifersue

Hi I had posted down below asking if anyone had been to the Loma Linda Fertility Clinic and someone mentioned that you might be able to help.

Re: Tifersue

  • I was seen there for a few months. I personally did not care for it. But I love LLU as a whole and went to their maternal fetal medicine department my whole pregnancy and delivered there. Honestly I wouldnt deliver anywhere else locally. So I do really love LLU just didn't care for that clinic. Keep us posted on how your appointment goes.
  • What Dr. were you being seen by? If you don't mind me asking. Also what didn't you not like about it? So did you go to a different RE somewhere else?

  • I saw Dr. Jacobson. I thought he wasted my time with clomid, we never even got 1 good cycle. He would not listen to me and was insensitive. On our 1st visit I started to cry because I was so overwhelmed and had gone through so much ( I would think you would get a lot of these feelings/reactions at an RE office) he said that it appeared I had lost hope and obviously I thought I would never have a baby. And then just stood there looking at me, no words of encouragement, no pat on the shoulder, just cold. Ugh, I get upset thinking about it.  We were 100% self pay and he had me come in all the time for ultrasounds at $225 a pop even if I told him I knew I wasn't ready to ovulate. I saw Dr. Saadat in Riverside/Beverly Hills and got pregnant my 1st cycle with him. He was kind and caring (even gave me his cell phone number to call at anytime!) This is just my experience, I am sure others love Dr. Jacobson. Looking back now, I would have been more aggressive with him, and made it clear I didn't want to drag my feet. Also the wait time was outrageous, I would be there 2-3 hours just for a 5 minute ultrasound to check for follicles. With my RE it was 30 minutes in and out and most of that was spent talking. I really don't want to bring you down, I think you should go in with an open mind, he may be the perfect fit for you. I wish you all the best, and please let me know if you need anything! Take Care!
  • Sorry to butt in- I went to a RE with Beaver Medical group who I didn't care for and have not returned to. However, I have heard that Dr. Saadat is great from several sources. I know he's not LLU though.
Don't worry about tomorrow. After all, today is the tomorrow that you worried about yesterday. Take each day as it comes...one at a time. Midnight Baking Adventures Blog

Well all I can do is go in there with an open mind and see what happens. If you don't mind me asking. What were your initial problems going in there? I have had 3 miscarraiges and 2 of them were cp. I hope that I can get pregnant fast. Did you do a lot of tests?
