BU: Salad Dressing
I posted a recipe for the easiest and yummiest homemade salad dressing. People actually request this when they know they are coming to dinner at our house. I think my favorite part is that it marinates all day and kind of takes on a life of its own, plus the cucumbers and tomatoes are so delicious after they've been soaking all day. It can get very garlic-y though, so beware! I love it so it doesn't bother me, but it definitely has a lot of flavor.

Oh, do you recommend letting it marinade all day before serving or this is a bonus to letting it sit out while being served?

It is super yummy and so easy!
We usually make the dressing first thing in the morning, cut up all the veggies and throw them in there, and let it all soak together all day. I don't add the lettuce until right before we eat it, it gets too soggy otherwise.
We find that people come in and pick out the cukes or tomatoes all day (I always do extra), it's really cool to see how much the flavor can change as the day progresses.
