PNV with or without iron?

Um, with? I'm not sure. Mine has iron in it but you don't want too much iron because it'll make you constipated.
My final vote is PNV with Iron!
Both times I've taken Duet DHA. It has iron in it, but there is something else in it that works to not cause constipation. I never had any trouble. They also make a generic of the Duet DHA. I've taken it most of my 2nd pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Sometimes you notice a difference with generics, but I've had no problems.
