I'm about to post the recipe, it's just the one from the inside lid of the Quaker Oats carton.
I made only a half batch, the whole batch made FOUR DOZEN! Who on earth needs that many cookies in their house?? I could see for holidays or something but jeez, not for an ordinary Monday!

You should totally try oatmeal raisinet cookies, btw...just sub raisinets for raisins. HEAVEN!

I swear sometimes we really are the same person, they are my favorite as well. Sometimes I'll get all wild and crazy and put craisins in there.
mmmm I have some craisins leftover from my chicken salad, I'll have to try that next time!
