Re: Going to my first Pampered Chef party. Any recommendations?

  • I recommend the batter bowls, the spatulas, the mix and pour drink pitcher and the set of bowls w/ collanders.  I also like the wooden spoons.  They hold up much better than the ones in stores. The spreaders are good too, I have all 3. The next time I go to a Pampered Chef party I am going to buy the cookie press.  My sister uses hers all the time and it is awesome.

I love Pampered Chef, but I think you can find a lot of similar products for a better price in the stores so I don't usually go overboard.

This is by far my favorite product from there- I have had it for over 2 years, and my Mom keeps "stealing" it form me :)

  • I LOVE the mix and pour drink pitcher! It's my favorite item and I have TONS of PC. I also love my pizza stone (the one with handles) I cook EVERYthing on it! I don't know what it's called but they have a little gadget that you chop up ground beef while you are cooking it, I think it's about $10 and I use it every time I am making spaghetti or something like that and it works SO well!

I had a party and I got a TON of free stuff for having a party. If your friend is begging for people you should definately book, you do get alot for having the party!

  • PC isn't my favorite b/c I feel like I could get a lot of the stuff they sell cheaper at Bed Bath & Beyond.  However, I do have their flat round pizza stone and I like it way better than the square one I got from BBB.  I did have the one with built in handles but I didn't like that it wasn't flat.  But it broke and I asked them to replace it with the flat one, so oh well.  They have these short little metal spatulas that are nice.  I also have a plastic lazy susan type thing for all my utensils and some bamboo spoons that are better than wooden spoons.  My mom bought an avacado scooper for my sister-mom thinks its the most overpriced stupid gadget & I agree.  She also bought a funky can opener & she hates it so much that she's giving it to my sister when she gets married.
