Gong show alert! lol It took me nearly 2 1/2 hours to get logged on this morning at work. I am having a major IT hate-fest right now.
Anyhoodles, I must rave about the pasta dish we made last week. So tasty! Yum. I would go light on the chilis (or leave them out altogether). Even though I like spicy stuff, it was a bit too much.
This week is not very exciting. DH is leaving for Banff tomorrow morning so I am on my own for din din all week until Friday, when I fly to Calgary before heading to Cabo.
Monday: BBQ Steaks w/ Wild Mushroom Toast and steamed carrots;
Tuesday: Tuna melts (thanks for the idea Nat) and tossed salad;
Wednesday: Tropical Pork Chops w/ broccoli and carrots;
Thursday: Hamburger Helper (DH hates this so I can only have it when he's gone lol);
Friday: Drinks and munchies with a friend in Calgary before meetng up with DH at the hotel.

Mon: hard tacos (beef) and refried beans
Tues: chicken paninis w/ goat cheese and spinach
Wed: mini meatloaves, mashed potatos, fresh green beans
Thur: those tropical pork chops sound good.... a sidekick and spinach salad
Fri: I want to go out for sushi!
Sat: grilled salmon, rice and aspargus

Monday: Turkey sausage and fresh tomato penne, al'olio, heavy on the garlic LOL (anyone wanna make out?)

Sunday: Chicken Stir Fry with Salad - hubby used the clubhouse chicken stir fry package - it was really good!
Monday: Fresh tilapia with beans/potatoes
Tuesday: leftover stir fry
Wednesday: Meatloaf for him/Dinner with girls for me
Thursday: leftover meatloaf
Friday: Dinner with ILs
