The GTG...
was AWESOME! Thank you so much to all who came! I have a great time! It was my favorite GTG to date! :-) We went to the Cheesecake Factory and had yummy food and drinks! Then shopped and then Jenn, Val, Lena, Lori, Rebecca, Noush, Janet and I talked for HOURS at a Cafe. The weather was perfect, the company was amazing and I really couldn't have asked for a better time. I love chatting and LAUGHING with you girls! P.S. we think we saw Ida sitting nearby spying on us

Kim--So happy you were able to make it! Loved talking with you...as always! You look adorable with your teeny little baby bump! I really hope we get to hang out more. You're a gem.

Val--I have to admit I am glad the little guy stayed inside long enough for you to make it! I always enjoy laughing and talking with you! ;-) I wish we did it more often!
Noush/Noosh ;-)-- I knew we would get along but I am so glad that I finally got to prove it! I had a blast staying out late and talking about everything we did! It was great.
Jenn-- My love....You are freaking awesome. Lets hang out everyday!

I had such a great time! I wish I had had a chance to talk more with the other end of the table though. I'm so bummed that I had to leave early - I still don't feel too great and I had to get A and L - they were at his parents house because ours was way too hot. That just means we have to do it again real soon!
I love you girls and having some girl time was/is amazing. I don't get to see a lot of friends much because we have all scattered and they are beyond busy. Plus most of them are in very different places in their lives than me, so I love that I have all of you and I wish we could hang out every day

Moving down here from the Bay Area and leaving my friends (and family) was so hard...I really didn't think I'd ever meet amazing women like them again!! You girls have definitely proved me wrong on that!! I can't remember the last time I had so much fun!! You girls ROCK!!

There was this lady- out in front of Macy's in her wedding dress. The bouquet looked like a bunch of fake-ish flowers or little pillowy things (I'm blind, so I couldn't tell what the heck it looked like)- very odd... and she was taking pictures right in front of the mall-layout sign (you know, the "you are here" sign with the entire map of the mall). There was a little grassy place that was fenced off by chain that she was standing in front of... very klassy I tell ya
So we thought it might be Ida- spying on us!
Ditto Becki - Most of my friends are in different places in their lives, so it was nice to chat with you girls, always a good time : )

After talking with Tiff about her insecurities last night, if I were Ida (which I am most definitely not) I would have come out so to speak. Besides, I'm just too much of a big mouth. I would have soooo blabbed by now
My insecurities=I (and some other girls) are getting creeped out by Ida. I want to believe she is one of "us" and is on the up and up but what if she's not? What if its a lurker, a stocker....hahaha I feel silly saying that now, but we all agreed last night. We just really hope she is really who she says she is. I hope so because I really love the idea of brightening someones day!
I was wondering what insecurities Jenn was talking about! I must have missed that conversation.
I hope someday soon Ida will reveal herself.
My next guess is Amy, if it isn't Jenn. I think she nested herself to throw us off.

I agree with everyone else, it is so great to have a group of girlfriends to get together with again. I went to college in SF, and even though I grew up down here, I don't have many friends around anymore. I miss the days of just getting together with my girls, so I love all our get togethers and the friendships we are making.
I have access to county records through my job, and the girls told me like 3-4 sites where you can easily get someones info...the Internet can be scary sometime.

I had an AWESOME time with all of you last night and I couldnt stop talking to H about it at dinner tonight. I'm in the same boat as Lori being a non-native. It's been so hard meeting people out here that remind me of my east coast friends and I'm so glad I've met you guys! And those who left early wish you guys would have been able to stay longer and Kim I'm bummed I didnt get to talk to you at all yesterday
I'm bummed that I couldn't make it either. It sounds like it was a good time.
Once Amy received her gift I knew Ida had to be one of us girls who regularly posts and not some crazy stalker. To know about the whole dalmation part meant this person has been around for a long time. Yes, it's pretty easy to figure out Amy has a dalmation but Ida knew how much the death of Amy's dog affected her. I don't think that was something a "stalker" would do or know.
From many emails sent back and forth to other nesties and from PM'ing Kat to find out that no my address was not included on the "card list". I figured Ida asked her for my address, as I am pretty particular about what information I put out on the internet. I have even tried searching myself and can't find an address. If someone else can find it please let me know, haha. I know my husband would thank you as he does get freaked out about that kind of stuff.
So, I was never freaked out by Ida. I always knew in the back of my head it had to be one of the girls on here.
And Kat, I am not mad or upset you gave out my address. You don't seem to be the type of person who would randomly give out someone's address to someone you don't know very well. Whoever Ida is, she must be someone who you feel like you can trust. And I am actually kinda glad you did as Ida's present was pretty awesome.
