Would you trust Cooking Light?
Cooking Light has 5 New Orleans recipes online this month and another 4 in their magazine. I am interested in trying the BBQ shrimp and gumbo. The recipes don't start with a roux and the butter in the BBQ is almost none. I am hesitant, but on the flip side if they are decent then that's a great option. WDYT?

Re: Would you trust Cooking Light?
This is legal advice. Circa 2011
Cooking Light is very hit/miss for me. I only try Louisiana recipes that aren't from NOLA chefs when they have the trinity (bell pepper, onions, celery) or if they start with a roux.
Are they rated yet as well?
