This is for a group of only women and I would like enough appetizers to serve as dinner.
Veggies and ranch dip
Artichoke dip and crackers
Olive and goat cheese bruschetta
Appetizer TBD (a friend is bringing something)
Italian chicken sticks with honey mustard dipping sauce
Pumpkin soup shooters
Creamy mushroom phyllo triangles
Dates wrapped in bacon
Sugar coated pecans
Brownies (friend is bringing)
Wine, mulled cider, and soft drinks

I feel like there should be one more protein. Maybe change the bruschetta to a toasted bagette slice topped with horseradish sauce, a slice of roast beef, and arugala?
I agree you need another "main dish" type item. PP's roast beef sandwiches sound like a great addition.
The pumpkin soup seems really out of place with the rest of the menu, but that's me. It seems...too homey? compared to everything else on the menu.
