Help - Need Beaver Med group rec

Anyone have Beaver Medical group? ?I want to switch my primary dr and I'm looking for a rec for a female dr. ?

    I have a male dr. - Dr. Bourne... but his Physician's Assistants are women and I always see them- Fay Simpson and Ann Lewis. It took me a little while to warm up to Fay, but she is great and really listens.  This is the Beaver Medical group office off Cooley in Colton... I don't know any of the docs in the Redlands part of the group.

    Sorry. No rec for primary. The one I had and loved left so I'm still with her replacement. He's actually pretty good, though I'd prefere a female. I just haven't had a chance tolook for a new one. If you want I'll give you his name.

    Location doesn't really matter ... they have offices near where we live, where I work, where the kids get dropped off.. sheesh! we're all over the place!?

    Just went on the Beaver website -- Dr. Bourne isn't accepting new patients =(?

    Totally striking out! even if I wanted to go with him - he's also not accepting new patients. ?Guess they must be that good, huh??

    Yeah- I've been with Dr. Bourne for more than 7 years- he has been great- especially with referrals to specialists if I need them!

    Dr. Yamada has been my H's dr. for 4+ years and is also great with him... Dr. Bourne wasn't accepting patients at that time either.

    You might want to try calling--- I don't know if it would work, but who knows, maybe talking to a real person might get you an "in" with doctors who arent accepting patients? :( Sorry its being such a pain!!!

    Oh yeah, I forgot about that. Yeah, Beaver is seriously lacking in the female primary physician dept. I'm actually thinking of switching over to Loma Linda.

    My Dr. moved from the Colton office to the Redlands office on Citrus a few years ago,  Dr. Melissa Gutierrez.  She is AWESOME!!  The best Dr. I have ever had.  One time I went to have her check on a cyst I have and she did that then said "Have you had a pap lately?  Let's do one now so you don't have to pay another co-pay".  She did that again last year when I went to discuss BC options.  She is really great.
