I don't think you saw my question in your post about the Cowboy game.....but....you guys have season tickets to the Cowboys? How does that work? Do you try to go to every game? Please explain. Thanks!

No, I didn't see it. Yes, we have season tickets. Last year was the first year we got them. We wanted to get in before the new stadium because we thought they'd be harder to get. For Dallas, you pay a yearly fee for the tickets and a PSL (seat license fee) per seat. I know some tix don't have the PSL and I would assume their yearly ticket fees are higher. The PSL gives us first dibs to purchase post-season tickets and the tickets are ours for this stadium as long as we continue to purchase them each year. We also get to purchase tickets for some other events at Cowboys stadium before they go on sale but I'm too chicken to lose money on those.
We don't try to go to every game. We don't have enough money and I don't have enough vacation time for that unfortunately. We were going to 2-3 games (not all in Dallas) per year and just honestly spending a ridiculous amount of money to get seats to the games we wanted to go to. This way even if we only break even on all the other tickets, we're still ahead. Last year we lost $ on the preseason and made a little on all the regular season. We went to the first game and are going to try to make it to New Orleans for the game and to Dallas for one more game this year depending on $ and when ILs can watch DS.

Oh and on a funny note....DH is a HUGE Eagles fan. I was on Facebook this past weekend and he noticed your posts about the Cowboys. He said "You have to unfriend that person immediately." I just lol'd. Rivals. Gotta love 'em!
We have friends who are Steelers fan (actually went to the Cowboys/Pittsburgh game last year with them. that was TERRIBLE). I dislike Eagles fans but mostly b/c most of them are pricks. I hate that we could go see the Cowboys every year an hour and a half away but I'll never go there bc I'd honestly fear for my life. I'm surprised he didn't notice sooner. I had the Cowboys star as my profile pic until probably a month and a half ago.
One day, we plan to go to all the games. We'll just get a condo or something near the stadium and have a car down there or something. It's just hard with the three dogs and now with a baby to make it to many. If games were on Saturdays I am sure we'd make it to more.
