  btw, if you are doing just one round trip you cant use a debit card, you have to have cash or a Freedom Pass. I forgot my pass and learned this the hard way and had to go hit the ATM.

  You can get off at 8th & Market or 12 & Locust, both stops are the same distance from the train.

  if it's later than 10pm i would HIGHLY recommend taking the 12th St stop when going home. I take PATCO daily, and used to take it all the time on nights/weekends. and while it can be very safe, overall i feel the 8th & Market stop is pretty darn sketch after 8pm.

  I agree with the pp, the 8th & Market stop can be a bit sketchy later on however; I've never had a problem on Patco.  If there's a group of you or you're with H, you'll be fine.  If you're by yourself, just go in the first car with the conductor.
