I'm really not feeling this brunch menu. It's for 16 max and the original idea was a belgium waffle bar.
Waffles w/ strawberry topping, and berry topping, powdered sugar
Fruit Salad
Drinks - Strawberry punch, Mimosas, ice tea and coffee
Favors are mini muffins
What do you think? I'm just not feeling it, or things are too much work for 16. The waffles will be hard enough to keep warm.
The invites said 10:30, so i thought we'd eat at 11, and I'd start making the waffles at 10 and put them in the oven to stay warm.
Re: Baby Shower Brunch menu
I agree that it's quite a sweet menu. Quiches would be an easy addition.
I'd suggest a green salad too for more color on the table and for quiche, here are some recipes:

You may want to get some Redi-Whip for people to put on their waffles too.
