You ladies were right!
We were lucky with contractor #3. The bank just called and said they approve the newest contractor. Let the real work begin (continue?)!! I am going to call him to come get 2nd set of measurements for the windows and the kitchen so we can move forward! This is so relieving. There are still lots of projects that DH and I have to tackle on our own since our budget is so small but its like a weight lifted on our shoulders to know that we do not have to worry about the big/expensive stuff!
Thanks for all the encouraging words when I felt like throwing in the towel.
