I'm so sorry to hear you're still congested!! That's horrible! Especially with your ear!
Have you tried Vicks VapoRub? I know it sounds weird but it ALWAYS helps me - more than any drug - get rid of my congestion, whether it's sinus, chest or ears.
BTW, I've seen Neti pots at pretty much every drug store I've been in lately, so you shouldn't have a problem finding one of those.

OK...this is going to sound even weirder but I put it on a cotton ball that's been cut up and stuff it in my ear. It works! I swear!
I'm glad the Neti pot works!
For the sinus pressure I put it on my cheeks...not too close to the eyes. Not a lot, just enough to get the vapor.
