glasses stink
because of the reoccuring pink eye I am wearing my glasses but... tomorrow is picture day and I really want to wear my contacts because I do not like the look of me in glasses. I am having some inner struggles because I really want to wear my contacts (new pair) but know I should probably give the glasses another couple days.
I have thought about just quickly taking off my glasses but then I feel like I wouldn't be looking in the right place.
Chances are I'll wear my contacts for the morning and then switch back to my glasses after pictures.
Re: glasses stink
don't risk it - it's just a picture. And as a teacher, you'll have zillions more. When I was recovering from Guillain-Barre, I had to wear my glasses all the time because of my optical nerves not being fully recovered (I usually only need them for driving, etc), and we had Kindergarten Graduation photos. I wore them, and they looked great!
Sometimes you think you look worse in glasses, but my DH actually prefers me in them! Maybe you can rock a new look!
Keep rocking those glasses! it is not worth it!
If you really want a nice individual pic without glasses and it doesn't work out this time, get re-takes. The class pic really won't matter!
