Tattoo Shops
Hi Ladies! Baltimore Nestie here

DH and I will be spending a week in NYC next month and wanted to get tattoos on our one year anniversary. We were going to get them done by a guy down here when we got back but are now toying with the idea of doing them while on our trip.
Any recommendations or places to avoid?
