I noticed a few new Dayton nesties!
I grew up in Cincy (White Oak) but I live just outside of downtown Dayton now. DH grew up in the western, rural part of Colerain Township (almost in Ross). He hates city life. Sucks for him that I'm stuck with this house in this economy! Oh well, I only have a 2 mile commute to work!
I don't think there are many of us who grew up in the Dayton area. Anyone?
Re: I noticed a few new Dayton nesties!
We live in Fairborn now, but I grew up in the Canton area. R is from NH (total sticksville) but we really like living here. Sure beats Texas by a mile!
I grew up in the Dayton area, graduated from Beavercreek High School (Home of the battling Beavers..hahahahaha)
Moved to Cincy for about 5 years for school & lived in Clifton.
Now I'm back up North of Dayton in Tipp City! I thought I would never come back...I was wrong
Anyhow, grew up in Huber, never really left the Dayton area, and am back in Huber now. We're looking at maybe moving out of state in a year or two.
DH mainy grew up in Dayton, but thanks to his mom being married so many times, has lived in Cincinnati to Piqua and everywhere in between.
ds1013, I went to Carroll as well. When did you graduate?
We live in Yellow Springs, but I work in Dayton.
I didn't see the OP, but I'm from Dayton too! Yay! And I love it here, but I've never really lived anywhere else and we have lots of family here.
And I grew up in Beavercreek and still live here. Go Beavers!
