Hello from Ottawa
Hi ladies! I'm in Ottawa visiting family for the weekend. I was worried about the long drive with just me and the baby, but it wasn't bad. I stopped lots and Andrew only cried twice. It took 6.5 hours to do a 4.5-hour drive, but that's okay. Andrew absolutely charmed his great-grandma, whom he met for the first time this afternoon. He's such a good baby. 
Just thought I'd say hi! What are your fun weekend plans?

Glad to hear the drive went well! I didn't realize you were making it alone - good for you, that sounds very intimidating to me right now!
How sweet that Andrew got to meet his great grandma, something you'll always be able to treasure that's for sure.
Nothing much this weekend... wedding dress shopping with my best friend and bridal shower planning for my FSIL.

Today I hope that I can finally get this wall primed but it's taking forever to get this wallpaper down. I am going to light a fire in the fireplace so that the drywall compound dries faster.
Then tomorrow is my birthday!!! Wooooo!
Funny! I made the opposite trip tonight - back to TO until Wednesday morning to run my half marathon Sunday morning, help a friend with her chemistry homework, take DH grocery shopping and for a haircut, and to go see the SYTYCD tour Tuesday night.
Have a good visit! That's so nice that Andrew got to meet his great-grandma!
