I think I had a legitimate meal at home instead of a bag of popcorn, cereal, or a bajillion oatmeal creme pies.
* Kielbasa sandwich on a fresh steak roll and fresh fruit salad.
Tomorrow I'm making meatball sandwiches and penne pasta.

We're having guests over (squee for using my serving dishes for the first time).
- Lemon Garlic Pork Tenderloin
- Roasted potatoes
- Corn on the cob (roasted in the oven w/ butter)

Everything sounds great.

We had matzo! Even better was mil cooked for us!
I made boneless BBQ pork chops and honey muffins with baked potatoes. Everything turned out great!
I had plans for pork chops with sweet potatos... DH wasnt hungry and I didnt feel like doing the work if he wasnt going to eat anything but I still wanted to cook. So I made an apple crisp with homemade caramel sauce and we had that for dinner -- good choice.
