I'm thinking about going to the fair today - but MH can't get out of work so I might have to go with my grandparents - fun fun.
I can't believe I haven't been to the Fair in years -- I used to go EVERY year! I guess that whole "career" thing has gotten in the way. We were kinda thinking about going to the Fair this weekend too, but now we have an electrician coming to the house to give us a bid on our remodel project. I'm SUPER excited about this, however, given that we haven't worked on the house all summer. It will be nice to finally get some momentum going!
oh good luck with the electrician, it will be nice to keep moving forward. (ahem... I haven't seen any blog posts lately so I figured summer had gotten in the way)
I have been thinking about scones all morning, so I should probably try to make a fair trip happen at some point before Sunday.
Yeah, yeah -- no blog posts in a long, long while.
MH and I used to pretend that at some point we were going to work on the house this summer, but then one day said, "you know what? This is turning out to be the most gorgeous summer in Seattle's history and we're having the most fun we've ever had as a couple so let's not even worry about the house until the weather starts to turn." So here we are.
Mmmm....scoooooones....mmmm. Have one for me!
