Tomorrow is the Great American Beer Fesitval... over 2,000 different beers to try!!!
I got DH tickets for his bday, and we're going with a bunch of friends. I'm soooo excited!
Sunday is going to be recovery from beer fest aka couch/football day.
My weekend is mostly planning for Yom Kippur and trying to de-clutter this place.
Sunday, we're making lots of food. We're having the pre-fast meal (I like to call it the last supper) and I think C's parents are joining us. Then we're hosting a break fast meal for my fam, C's parents and a couple of our potential friends.

Lots of cleaning and organizing... I find that I cannot be a productive person unless the house is clean, but I also am not productive enough to keep it clean for more than a few hours!
Also Yom Kippur services Sunday night, and possibly going out for drinks tonight. I also want to go to Kohl's --Mamie-- because a few of the LC things are growing on me...
We were in Kohl's two weekends ago and my sister and I were looking at some of the new LC things. There was this one hideous swing shirt that looked like someone puked a rainbow on it. I looked at my sister and said "LC would NEVER wear something like that". I thought my sister was going to die. She was like and you know this how? Are you all best friends and I didn't know it?
I felt like an idiot, but it was pretty funny. Anyway, she did have some cute things!

kaley - I agree. I can't even see her wearing some of that stuff. I wish she'd just slap her name on the cheaper versions of the things she DOES wear and call it a day.

Right now I am at work and probably shouldn't be on here.
Tonight, I am going to the Latino high school dance. Thankfully, one of my good friends from work is also going. The kids seem excited that we are showing up. Good times.
I really need to do laundry, clean and plan lessons for next week.
Other than that, I hope we can find something else fun to do around here. We will probably stay low key because we are going to Vegas next weekend.

Today-I am off from work so I am cleaning and doing laundry.
Tomorrow- I am having a girls night at my house
Sunday- Nothing planned, it is our 3 month anniversary though, so maybe make DH dinner. Happy 3 months to all the other June 26-28th brides!
Today-Heading to parents in PA
Tomorrow-Hitting a local fair with AMAZING food, then a college football game at my alma mater
Sunday-Back home, saying goodbye to DH has he heads off on another business trip (he gets back from one tonight)
MIKEY COMES HOME TOMORROW!!!! I'll spare the you the exact details of what we'll be doing, but it's been two very long week that he's been gone. I'm nervous that he might be more excited to see the dog than he is to see me though. Hmmm...
I did plan a pretty schnazzy date for us though which includes a couple's massage, sunset cocktails at a rooftop hotel bar overlooking the bay, dinner at a fancy restaurant, and then dessert at Extraordinary Desserts if he's up for it.
Sunday we're doing a beach volleyball day. We used to do those all the time, but our group of friends has sort of drifted recently and we haven't done the beach thing all summer. Everyone's getting together for vball, so we're pretty stoked to hang out with all of our friends in one place again.
Chrissy--your date sounds amazing! I want to go too, haha,
We are beaching/boating it this week hopefully.
DH is out of town for the weekend for a bachelor party and I have two weddings to attend.
Tonight a coworker's wedding.
Tomorrow sleep in a bit, start reading for classes (which start again Monday), clean up, grocery shop, tivo watch, then another wedding at 3:30pm.
Sunday church and lunch with my parents, more studying.
Tonight: cleaning out the garage to make room for our new freezer/refrigerator that we just bought from DH's grandpa so I can try to start a small side business - sounds like a super fun friday night
Tomorrow: going to pick up my car (finally - now I have leather seats and dont have to drive this stupid POS shuttle car the dealership gave me on Tuesday!) and going to get the appliances and move them to our house
Tomorrow night: going out to watch football since Louisville, Kentucky, and Iowa all play at the same time - Go Hawkeyes!
Sunday: probably watching more football - Go Steelers!

Tonight is a scrapbooking party with a few friends and a few bottles of wine.
Sat. run errands, clean, etc.
Sun. a friend is having a birthday party at an old school roller skating place and then going out for pizza and beer. I am baking her birthday cake sometime before this - probably early in the morning.
