It's similar to one of the gifts we got for the wedding. I'm fairly sure this was re-gifted because the actual design we have (which is not as nice as this pic) is nowhere on the website.
I personally don't like it at all. Neither does C. If we return it to the store we'll get store credit at best. The problem is that we don't like the whole concept enough so we're not even sure it's worthwhile.
Although, we did go to the store to try and return/exchange it but got there 15 min after it closed!

Not my style at all.
We got a "decorative plate" that was similar to that...thankfully, it was from Macy's, so I was able to exchange it for an item on our registry. It was really cute, it just wasn't "us".
Yeesh.
"Comely fluted rim" and "medley of patterns patched together for a delightfully mix-matched" look are not phrases that work in the same sentence. Sorry girl. Good luck to you.

I'm so glad you all agree! And sadly, the one we have is uglier than that one. No joke.
It looks like we might be able to put it on eBay. It just seems like such a pain because I feel like I'll never get around to boxing stuff up and mailing it out. Although with all the junk we have, we might make a killing.

These are huge in Palm Beach/South Florida. You can totally re-sell it on Ebay and make a decent amount back I would think.
mackenzie childs is a popular/expensive brand here too --i think you would get quite a bit if you took it back or tried to ebay it.
I generally like some of her stuff (not for my house, but i do like it). However, that one is one of the ugliest mackenzie childs' pieces i have seen..
