It is I Boo from the bootiful IE.
Just here to clear up some confusion.
1. I am not Ida but I love her.
2. To be Boo'd is to drop off a little Halloween present at your neighboors door and run. I don't like any of my neighboors so I Boo'd Kat my IE neighbor instead. I like her.
3. I had the idea to Boo before I knew about Ida but when she came along (and I'm glad she did) I wasn't sure if I should still Boo people but went ahead and did it anyway.
4. I dont think there is that much difference between Ida and Booing. Booing is just being Ida with a Halloween theme. A little gift around $10 to spread some holiday cheer. Boo!
5. Kat I got your address from a friend of a friend. 
I am going to try and post a pic of the tag that came with Kat's gift but not sure if I know how.
