how I am suppose to go to work tomorrow and listen to all the usual bitching and whining that goes on.
I already usually have a hard time holding back with some of these people but tomorrow it's going to take everything I got not to tell them to STFU.

After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
Not selfish. It honestly made me a little worried about having a c-section with the girls. But this was unfortunately a random, extremely rare, horrific thing. I think it could have happened with a vaginal birth, too.
You'll be just fine on Wednesday. We'll all be thinking of you!

I know how you feel. I feel like I can't concentrate on anything. All my thoughts go right back to Jewel and Gabby.
