Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Yes, it's very easy to set one up. If you pay bills online it's about the same process.
Thanks to everyone who has organized this and set this up for her family.
I have been in Vegas all weekend, and just got home right now. Melinda & Becki texted me earlier to let me know about it.
To echo everyone else's sentiments, I truly can not believe this and am still in shock. It was definitely a priviledge to have known her, and I will never ever understand why something like this would happen to such a genuinely good person.
Really, I feel like it's not enough. I wish I could bring her back.
