So, I finally dragged DH to look at this house that seemed too good to be true in our dream neighborhood--literally it came down a over quarter million in price so DH thought something was seriously wrong until we found out it is a foreclosure and that is the "problem".
We walked through it today and absolutely fell in love with every part of it. We would over double our space into a 3 story home plus basement that is in our dream neighborhood for pretty much the price of our current home.
Because the bank owns it, we can't make a contingent bid. SO, we need to sell our house quickly so we can hurry up and buy this one before someone snatches it up!
