Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community.     It sounds like it was a tough decision to make, and it must feel great to finally have that off your mind. I think that waiting until you have less on your plate and more time to make yourself the best candidate you can be is a great idea :) .

    That's awesome that you decided what is best for you.  It really can be so hard to push aside other's expectations and do what YOU need to.  I'm totally bitter this morning at my PhD anyway, so I'm inclined to say don't even do it, ever (but that is a totally different, biased story).
