TJ Maxx usually has them for a good price. Check Biggs too. ***'s will have them, but they are overpriced.
If you want a good quality one and don't mind paying more for it, you could go down to the pro shop at Paul Brown stadium or any of the Cincinnati themed stores in downtown. I would imagine like PP said D*ck's probably has them too.
Also FWIW, I bought my daughter one of the one's from Biggs one year and they are pretty low quality, after just a couple washings the number and name were peeling off!
