Speaking of registries and what not...

Have you used all of the gift cards you received from the wedding and/or shower(s) yet?  We used a few Target ones on food..but haven't used any others yet...I need to get my act together.

    We used one for our new camera. The BBB ones on pots (but got new ones as a gift for buying the pots). We still have 1 for Trader Joe's and I think a couple of other ones. Also, we have credit at places where we returned gifts. I know it's awful, but I've been a returning fiend. I just can't live with so much clutter and people really got us nutty and/or unrequested things for our wedding.

    We have some from Macy's. Currently don't need anything, so we'll probably save them till the holidays.

    We still have about $200 at Macys and $100 at Kohls... we used all the BB&B and Target cards.  We got all the stuff we really wanted off our registries and dont really need anything at the moment so I'm waiting until around the holidays.  Most likely I'll try to use them to buy christmas presents :/

    I used one small one I had for WalMart...but I still have a miscellaneous amount for Pottery Barn (I'm guessing it's in the $30-50 range)...all the BBB ones and a few Target ones.

    We still have $50 to macy's and a $50 gift card to bath & body works from my shower. We'll use the macy's one when we need something nice for around the house but I think the bath & body works one will last a long time, I don't shop there that often.

    We used our target and BB&B gift cards right away to get things from our registries that we really wanted.

    I am thinking we still have a few left lying around. We will wait till we decide we really want something before using it. Nothing is jumping to mind right now. . .

    We used our Target and Macy's ones to complete the registries (well, at least complete the things we really wanted), but we got some to places where we don't shop, like Pottery Barn and Pier One.  Don't know when we're going to use those...

    In terms of gift cards, we just got 2 and they were both for Crate and Barrel. We got 2 coffeemakers by accident, so we now also have about $80 in store credit there, so combined with the gift cards we have a total of about $380 (which I have absolutely no problem with haha). We're thinking about buying a new coffee table, since the one we have now is horrifying. My H broke it when he was drunk (before we met, of course) by sitting on its glass top, so we have a thin piece of cardboard over the frame. I can't believe we've had it in our living room for over 2 years now.
