Good morning. I feel pretty good today. Went to the gym this morning and ran on the treadmill for the first time in years.

Morning - I'm doing alright this morning. Sleepy but happy I'm wearing a sweater today because it's officially cold out this morning. LOL Welcome to fall, Wisconsin!
I have to get cracking to get stuff done today and tomorrow since I'm off on Friday.
Morning! I'm having a good day so far. I'm also supposed to hear about the job that I interviewed for last week. Hopefully it's good news!
Oh and my legs feel like they're going to fall off because I thought it would be a good idea to do 30 Day Shred both Levels #1 & 2 yesterday. Stupid idea!
