As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

She has to be continuing with the show since now she is going to be a single mom w/ 8 kids....she needs the income and it allows her to be with her kids while she works (and they work). I almost can't blame her any more for doing it.
So, she also recently filmed a pilot for a talk show with Paula Deen...weird.
I can see her reasons, even if I can't help but wonder if she has some ulterior motives (for liking the attention somewhat and gaining more sympathy.) The money's good and as she said - where else can she make nearly as much $$$?!
I wonder if her other reported possible deals (aka the Paula Deen show like Jen mentioned) are going to fall through?
I wouldn't want to take the hiatus. Those kids know nothing OTHER than camera men & sound people there 24/7. So take out their father being around 24/7, and if you take out the production crew... that's a LOT of change for them. Also, if I were here, I'd selfishly like the crew there. She has no shot at having much adult interaction on a day-to-day basis otherwise. When you're so used to someone else being there all the time, and suddenly they're gone, it can be very lonely. People often kind of back away from you when you're separating (and I can't even imagine how much more so knowing the papaparazzi is all over them.)

Those are all very great points. I think Jon is a douche bag and deserves whatever he gets. I'm sure he will pick up some other stupid gig though.
