As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Weather? (and a mini-update)
How's the weather there ladies? We are in the middle of an ice storm up here! It certainly is a yucky day that makes me really want to be down there instead!
I gave my boss the news that I'll be leaving Pennsylvania to move to NOLA. It actually went well. Now we're on to the next phase: finding a new job and a new house!

That's wonderful news about your boss being great about your leaving. Telling a boss you are leaving a job always seems like it will be worse than it actually is. Good luck with the job and house hunting!
