Happy Thursday. Today's my last day in the office, and I'm only working a half day. The rest of the day I will spend at beauty appts. for my sister's wedding on Saturday. Can't wait

But, today is my last day of the week too. I have two weddings this weekend and I'm pretty stoked.
It's freezing out and I have to walk down to another building in about an hour. The wind coming off the water is deathly cold! Not looking forward to it.
It was so chilly out this morning! I am not a fan at all.
Erin, have a great time at your sis' wedding! Being in a wedding is so much fun! Good luck on your MOH speech...I am sure you will do great!

I totally didn't even notice the weather this morning because I am in such a daze today. I hope today goes by quickly!!
I found at yesterday that one of my co-workers has not been in work for two weeks and her supervisor didn't know where she was. Apparently this employee failed to contact her supervisor and let her know she wouldn't be in. Her supervisor thought the girl had been in the hospital all this time. One of my co-workers was actually the one to locate this MIA employee yesterday and she is not in the hospital. The supervisor was not upset and was glad this chick was okay. Ummm....this would be called job abandonment if I am correct?? So, I suppose I just won't come in to work for awhile and not tell anyone....hahahahahahahahaha!

That's insane. WTF was she doing?
I took off Monday after traveling for a week+ and now can't seem to remember that today is Thursday. So much crap to do and I'm in NYC for half the day tomorrow.

haha! It is a three ring circus here...I often think that it would make a fantastic documentary actually. There are confidentiality issues though which would prevent filming most likely. I would love to see my job on the big screen though...highly entertaining if you don't work here.
Ahhh....what was she doing? It is pretty amazing that many co-workers and management staff are under the impression that this girl has cancer and has been undergoing treatment for the past year. I am going to have to go out on a limb here and say, negative ghostrider. So that is why her supervisor assumed she was just in the hospital...I guess complications from all that non-nauseating, non-hairlosing, no side effect chemo she is having. Right.
Instead, my co-worker contacted a third party yesterday who stated that this girl was fine. She said that she is taking care of some family matters right now but was doing fine....yeah....um...I have some banking matters to take care of, some doctor's appointments, a few mani/pedi's on my list of things to do....I won't be in for a few weeks. Right.
So, it's October already...
I'm enjoying the cool weather so far. Though I'm sitting at home with my sweats on.
Erin and Kristen I hope you enjoy the weddings. Anna I hope you survive anothr day at the circus. Kristy I'm right there with you wanting pumpkin anything at the moment. My sister came over and gave me half of a small pumkin spice coffee from DD. It was heaven.
My schedule consists only of baby growing. Doctor's orders are currently limiting me from pretty much everything else.
Summer - I didnt know you were on bedrest. ugh. how much longer do you have?
Jack and I are heading to Philly for lunch today - meeting a friend that works there.
Hopefully this is just temporary. I'm only 27 weeks. I'm hoping to get back to work before going out on actual maternity leave.

I still have to adjust to this cold weather, I was freezing all day!!!!
I'll probably hang with my extremely pregnant and unhappy sister this weekend, she called me all upset b/c she hates how she looks in everything and we have a wedding next month and she is so uncomfortable anymore. She's on her feet all day and her legs have been swelling like crazy. The poor thing is 5'1 and already up 40 lbs and she's not too happy, I feel so bad for her but I just keep trying to remind her that she's pregnant and it will be over soon:)
