  Our furry child dissapeared Friday night. I let her out in the backyard and she just sort of vanished. She doesn't climb the fence, so the only thing I can think of is that she squeezed out under a hole in the fence. I am SO worried about her. She is extrememly spoiled and only goes outside for about an hour a day. I am hoping she got herself locked in someone's garage or shed and that she will be home soon!

  My MIL is C-R-A-Z-Y!  My FIL is out of town and had to be rushed to the ER, but he will be just fine.  So she calls to give me an update on FIL and she kept me on the phone for 77 minutes talking sh!t about my husband, her son.  I mentioned before that I was ready for a baby, but my DH is not and I would never ever force or trick him into becoming a father before he is ready.  Well my MIL wants a grandchild and apparently she will stoop to insane levels to make sure she gets one.  She actually suggested that I purposefully stop taking my BC pills behind DH's back and it'll be okay b/c he will be excited about being a father when I tell him I'm pregnant, so essentially trap my husband into parenthood.  THIS IS HER SON!  All she cares about is what SHE wants, not what we want or what is best for us.  Honestly, I'm ready but it's not the right time.  I want a career and DH wants to wait until we are financially stable, and for that according to my MIL, DH and I are selfish.  What is selfish is pressuring your son and his wife to have a child when they are not ready.  
  
  She also mentioned that she will quit working when I do have a baby so she can stay home and watch him or her.  Ummm, hell to the N-O!  It has already been established that my child is getting into a learning environment as soon as possible.  
  
  My DH is not home, he's hunting until Wednesday (he's selfish for that too, just so you know) and I just feel like I have to tell him all of this.  I already told him that I spoke with his mother and I was not happy, but that I would talk more about it when he gets home.  Sorry so long, but I needed to get that off my chest.

  Have I mentioned how much I HATE getting up at 1:00 in the morning to leave my husband behind in New Orleans to go back to work?  Having to navigate W-190 in the dark b/c of the gas explosion didn't make it any more fun, either.
