Performance review on my manager
Hi ladies,
I have to write a performance review about my manager to her manager.
I can list her strengths. I really like my mgr and don't find any issues.
Has anyone done this? I have no clue!

i wish i had to do this for my boss because she NEEDS one of these (though for all the wrong reasons)
is there any constructive criticism you could include - even if it's only one or two things?
when i had an awesome boss, the only minor thing i might have listed was that she sometimes took on too much when she had us to help her
