RSVPing...weird
Why are people RSVPing for my baby shower to ME? I have nothing to do with it. I didn't send the invites out and I'm not planning it. The RSVP info is clearly on there (I did receive an invitation). Three people have now asked if they need to contact my friend or if they can just RSVP to me. So odd.
On a related note, I was so excited to recieve an invitation to MY baby shower yesterday! eek!

YAY FOR A SHOWER FOR CBL!!! You deserve a big freaking bash o' the century. This is so exciting.
Enjoy those RSVPs. People are either a teeny bit clueless or are just excited for you. Just fire off an email to your hostess with the numbers.
People are funny about RSVPing.
For my shower, I would say, at least 1/3 of the people did not RSVP. They told someone that they were or were not coming, but it wasn't necessarily one of the organizers, or even me!
Seriously, does it take that much effort to pick up the phone or even shoot off an email?

How are things going on bedrest? Do you have things you have to do while on bedrest - like exercises or anything to keep your blood moving? Or do you just have to lie there?
LOL people are strange sometimes! I remember someone rsvp'd to me for the shower my SIL was hosting for me and asked me if I wanted them to bring anything for the food table.
Really? How would I know?! LOL
I've been lucky so far..no RSVP's to me but the deadline is October 17th so who knows what will happen up until then!
CBL - since you got an invite too I'd jokingly call you hostess and RSVP yourself LOL
It's going. I'm working from home, so that certainly helps pass the time and I had some LOVELY visitors this week!
I have to do some basic foot flexing and extending, but that's it. I'm on modified bed rest, so I'm not laying down 24 hours a day. I'm allowed to prepare small meals, go to the bathroom and am even encouraged to go up and down the stairs a couple of times a day (for blood flow).
I don't know if I could handle complete bed rest. I'm sore enough as it is from being so inactive/immobile.
