Anyone stay at the Millennium Hotel DT??

I am looking for something to do for our anniversary later this month.  Did you like it?  Did you eat at the restaurant they have on site if so how was it?  Thanks for any help

Re: Anyone stay at the Millennium Hotel DT??

  • We used it as our main hotel for our wedding.  Our room was fantastic but we had some sort of suite.

We had our rehearsal dinner in the revolving restaurant at the hotel and thought it was very nice.  The food was good and the atmosphere was a lot of fun for a rehearsal dinner.

  • I have never eaten at their restaurant, but it doesn't get talked about at all. There are so many great restaurant with into walking distance that hotel.  There is local 127, Via Vite, Bootys, The Palace, Orchids. Sungs...There are other's but my mind is not working very well right now.
  • I agree with PP about there being tons of other (and most likely better) restaurants to choose from near the hotel.  The food at the hotel is good but I would probably go to one of the other options if I had the choice.

  • We personally have never had a "great" experiance at the Millennium, the one in Cincinnati and the one in Chicago. Don't get me wrong the rooms are nice, but we had issues with check in at both locations, and the staff weren't the nicest bunch of people.

  • I've had mixed experiences with the staff. The bistro in the hotel is pretty good, but I agree that there are better places within walking distance. There are nicer hotels in the area as well.
