pumpkin shortage?
so i have notice a lot of people around mention a pumpkin shortage.... then i saw on joeysgirl's blog about a canned pumpkin shortage....i assumed everyone was speaking of real pumpkins....my mom makes pumpkin bread every year, and has always used real pumpkin, soooooooo good! and it honestly is not a hard thing to cook, the hardest part is cutting the pumpkins, but a good knife and a strong man is always handy.

Shoe, assuming my mother makes her most delicious bread this year, you will have to stop by on your way home one day to get some! its a bonus to live close to me! heehee!

Winn Dixie in p'ville has canned pumpkin puree. I usually use fresh pumpkin also but this year I just didn't have time so I used canned.
Tiger, I actually made pumpkin bread/muffins this weekend but just haven't posted it yet. Soooo good!

I don't know if I'll have any left! lol, I made 12 on Sun and there are 4 left. And they are staring at me right now...
