As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Probably switching apts with my LL
I'm excited and nervous at the same time. He has one extra bedroom. So we'd have better access to the yard, 3 brs, and be closer to the basement. It'll also be easier for me to get in & out of the house with the kiddo since we'd be on the ground floor instead of the walk up. We're in a row house. Woohoo!!
And the basement has a washer hook up. Can you say psyched?! So that means I wouldn't have to keep my portable washer in my kitchen.
It needs a lot of work though to be updated. So that's what makes me nervous, but the rent can't be beat. Right now we're paying $900 for 2 brs, backyard & basement. So it's not going to be much more than that.
