Goat's Cheese
Has anyone had it? What does it taste like?
I have a recipe that I'd like to try out that calls for goat's cheese. Of course, considering we have feta & blue cheese at home and neither Greg nor I have ever had - or bought - goat's cheese, I can only imagine the 
look he'll give me if I ask him to pick it up.
Do you think I can substitute something else? It's hard to do so when you have no idea what it tastes like (and for that matter, I'm not sure where I can even find it in GB!)

This, exactly. I don't like bleu cheese or gorganzola either but LOVE goat.

To me it tastes like plastic. I don't like it. I also don't like the texture of it. But I know many people do like it.
