I have chili in the crockpot while I'm at work. I'm a little nervous but excited because this is the first time I've slow-cooked it instead of doing it on the stove.

Chili in the slow cooker is always good... Its one of those things that seems like the longer it cooks the better it is.

As for WFD - I have my first Wilton cake decorating class tonight so I'm thinking I'll make some quick panini sandwiches before I go since I'll be home for less than an hour.

Yummy... I just did the slow cooker chili last week and it was delicious!!

I think tonight I'm gonna do a chicken stir fry.. We have a bunch of fresh veggies that I need to use and I'm craving asian food today.

London broil, baby red potatoes, mixed steamed veggies, dinner rolls of some sort. Way too much time on my hands today. I never make big meals like this during the week. Wait, I never cook during the week but since Jason is out bow hunting I guess I can't ask him to cook. He is the #1 chef in our house normally.

Thanks Mamie!! It's so funny cause I never wanted a cathedral length, but the lady at the bridal shop asked if she could just put one on me and I was sold. I'm so happy I did haha!

I'll definitely put the recipe on there.. I'm not registered to post on there though.. how do I go about that? Embarrassed Obviously I'm not a big blogger haha!
