Here are the new ones I have on my DVR:
- Melrose Place
- Vampire Diaries
- Cougar Town
- The Middle
- Glee
And my favorite is Glee. I think it's superb and smarter than I thought it would be. It reminds me a lot of the movie "Election" -- a little dark comedy, some teen angst, and some delightful performances.

Overall, I've been a bit disappointed with the new shows.
I really want to like Cougar Town, and I've been watching - but man it's awful.
I also saw one episode of Modern Family and I thought it was OK. I'd watch it again but I don't know if it'll take off.
I saw a few minutes of Glee and it looked good. I want to get into it.
FlashForward is cool and totally creepy. After we watch it, I have to watch something stupid to make me not have nightmares. I feel like it might get annoying, but I'm gonna stick it out for a while longer.
I think Grey's jumped the shark though

FlashForward looks great so far and Modern Family is hilarious.
But, I still love my old faves: Grey's, How I Met Your Mother, The Hills, The City, Real World/Road Rules Challenge, Two and a Half Men, Big Bang Theory, Private Practice, etc. So glad they are all back on!!
I can't watch CougarTown either - first episode was semi-funny, the 2nd was pretty terrible. I just dont know how they can make that into anything.
Modern Family - the first episode was hilarious but I wasnt impressed with the 2nd one but I'm going to give it another shot.
HIMYM - I like this show but I dont like Barney-Robin together. I missed last night, but I'll keep watching it.

COMMUNITY! Best new Fall show, hands down. I worship the ground Joel McHale walks on.
Despite wanting to love The Vampire Diaries, I'm having trouble stomaching it. It's just SO BAD.
Faves still include HIMYM and The Big Bang Theory. And I've decided hawkilady needs to be committed to an insane asylum for not liking Barney/Robin together. Were you also one of those people that wanted Joey to pick Dawson instead of Pacey?
haha... I did want her to pick Pacey however, I for some reason really want Robin and Ted to be together.

HIMYM and Big Bang are definitely the best shows on TV right now. That's a fact.
I feel especially invested in Big Bang because I've wanted to see a show about PhDs in a lab for so long. This show is actually a documentary of life in my lab. One of my labmates is Sheldon's perfect mate. She does all the same things he does. Another friend of mine came over for dinner and was not able to sit down to eat because my mom (who was visiting) was in her spot. At the end of dinner my mom, who is a fan of the show, said it was really fun to be on the set of Big Bang while at my apartment.
I'm Leonard because C is my opposite, the way Penny is Leonard's opposite. I laugh out loud every time I watch the show and I'm trying to figure out how to become a consultant because I really want them to make my bridal shower with my lab friends into an episode.

This would be my dream come true. I've always wanted that to happen. And choreographed dancing would be the icing on the cake... I guess I'm not alone in this dream, since flash mobs exist.
You share my exact thoughts. I often find myself thinking when I am walking that I wish I could start to dance and that suddenly everyone around me would know all the moves and join me. If only I lived in a musical.....
Ah, but we've known since the premiere that she was "Aunt Robin" -- never a possibility. So either she and Barney end up together, with other people, or alone -- she and Ted isn't an option!
Greys, Private Practice, NCIS, and CSI: NY are still in the running.
I am getting into Cougar Town and The Forgotten.
I haven't watched Flash Forward yet, but I want to see it.
