  • A co-worker just told me that last night, instead of mashed potatos, she mashed cauliflower and it was great. She said a head of cauliflower boiled for about 8 minutes, drained, then mashed with 1/2 cup of milk and 2 tbsp of butter was really tasty. I am def going to try it out.
  • I've made that before and it is really yummy!
  • I do this often and it is really yummy!

If you do cheese instead of butter it's almost like pasta but low carb. Yum.
